i personaly got so much out of my hypnotnherapy, this vid was a comfort to me knowing that others go thru mental difficulties and anguish as we all do!! (tho we dont realise it ) . my therapist really helped me get thru my shall we say difficulties and i have been so much better and ballanced ever since. i live in st albans herts and my therapist was steve mckeown st albans x x x x
