One Classic Hit from 1987****** LYRICS HERE****** Pay attention are you listening You're my favorite girl Excuse me for the moment I'm in another world (On a mountain) by a fountain Flowers blooming everywhere With venus and cupid, the picture's very clear Hang the sign upon the door, say Don't disturb this groove Just a way to say that I'm so into you and the feelings so real So don't disturb this groove Erotic whispers for the listener the passion starts again You're my lollipops and everything And a little taste of sin Causing fire and desire In this mortal soul to live Till the angels fall from heaven And the day the earth stands still Hang a sign upon the door Say don't disturb this groove Just a way to say that I'm so into you and the feeling's so real So don't disturb this groove Just a way to tell you that I'm so into you Close your eyes and let the music put you in the groove Lock the door and turn the phone off, it's time for me and you Hang the sign upon the door, say don't disturb this groove

I really miss the music that talked about love and sex without actually having to mention body parts and what they are going to do to them. I'm 25 and I love this music with a passion.... It's all about the classiness of old school:)

Always loved the structure of this song..."hang the sign on the door".

Back then when they CARED ABOUT MAKING GOOD MUSIC as opposed to making a million dollar music video....a lot of emphasis is placed on these overly sexualized corrupt music videos that we see on our television screen on a daily basis and not on the ACTUAL MUSIC. In fact, most music today is 3 notes looped over and over and over again to a beat while someone sings or raps to it....and they call that talentless crap MUSIC???..Thats how I know most of these artists & producers are high on something.

this song actually sounds original and fresh..compared to some or most of the recycled crap on the radio. Don't get me wrong there is still good music being made but its like you have to dig for it..hard to believe a top 40 radio station used to play good songs like this that sounded original and not "cookie-cutter" .
