I want the Eisenhower Matrix to be taught in schools. I certainly think that it would help.

It is also certainly a way to happiness, not just to sanity. Definitely, Covey's quadrant tool is very effective & efficient. Thank you for the simple yet clear presentation :)

Excellent visual as to what is important. Furthermore, it can be a great help, just as Dr. Cross' suggests, to keep maintain your own sanity. We recently posted a story on JustJob's Academy where we discuss how to prioritize, and even manage your own boss. I hope the information adds to this video. - Erich

@drdarrylcross Try changing the \ to a /. And then it should work. Thank you!

@theongbros Yes, Q2 is a golden key. All the top business leaders that I coach all spend time in Q2 and usually it is "thinking" time. It might be a cup of coffee for 30 minutes a day at a local cafe or it might be an hour a week in the local library. But it's thinking time. It's invaluable. Cheers, Darryl

@miraxell Nice insight. What do you now need to do differently? How will you ensure that you now act differently? All the very best for the future journey, Darryl

@summer20105707 You're right. Nice point. Time is a gift. You don't ever get it back. So, we really need to use it wisely. Best regards, Darryl
